We require leadership, not management

College leadership is not simply management of college. Now, education has become a commodity which can be traded in the market place. It must be packaged, delivered and marketed as effectivley as possible. To achive this objective, there must be effective leadership not management of educational institution. Leadership, direction, goal setting, the stimulation of innovation, encouragement - all of these may stem up only from leadership and management.
